The school is essentially funded by the CNRS  and some other agencies for a small amount. Accomodation can thus be supported by the school for a small number of attendees (PhDs and Post-doc). PhDs should send their request to ees2018@sciencesconf.org with a recommendation of their supervisors. Post-docs need to send a letter explaining their motivation and a CV to the same address: ees2018@sciencesconf.org.

Posters can be brought but their number is limited and the school may have to select.

The number of participants is limited, hence do not wait to register if you intend to participate. Pre-registration is open till May 31, 2018.
